Kwikinisha: indwara cyangwa ingeso? Dore uburyo bwo kubikira

WAKORA IKI NGO UREKE KWIKINISHA

1. Nta miti ugombera gufata kugirango ureke kwikinisha. Ahubwo bisaba guhindura uburyo bw’imitekerereze n’uburyo wiyumva wowe ubwawe, niyo mpamvu bisaba iminsi.

2. Intambwe ya mbere ni ukumenya ukuri kubyerekeranye no kwikinisha n’ingaruka zabyo: ibyishimo bishingiye ku gitsina ni ibintu bisanzwe umuntu wese ashobora gukenera. Bikaba byiza iyo bikozwe hagati y’abantu babiri, washaka kubigeraho wenyine bikaba ari ukwikunda kandi bikaba byakugiraho ingaruka mbi mubuzima bwawe.

3. Nyuma yo kumenya ukuri ku byerekera nye no kwikinisha, gerageza wiyibutse umunsi wambere wabikoreyeho, n’icyatumye ubikora: wabikoze kuko wari wabuze undi mwishimana? Wabikoze mu rwego rwo kwishimisha cyangwa wabikoze kubera iyindi mpamvu? Umaze kumenya impamvu yatumye ubikora kandi ukaba wiyumvisha neza impamvu wumva ushaka kubireka, fata ingamba zizagufasha kubireka.

4. Niba hari ibindi bintu bituma wumva ushaka kwikinisha, nko kureba filimi z’urukozasoni wabanza ukabihagarika kandi ukabyirinda.

5. Guhindura uburyo bw’imitekerereze: ntibivuze kwegezayo kungufu ibitekerezo bikuganisha ku kwikinisha ahubwo ni ukubisimbuza ibindi byiza. URUGERO: “Ndumva nshaka kwikinisha ariko nziko byazangiraho ingaruka mbi, niyo mpamvu mpisemo kubireka, ingufu nari bubikoreshe nkazikoresha ibindi bikorwa byiza.” Nyuma y’iminsi ukora uyu mwitozo, bizageraho ibyo bitekerezo bigende burundu.

6. Gerageza gushaka ibikorwa byakurangaza mu mwanya wo kwikinisha: Kora siporo, shaka inshuti muganire, jya gusura bavandimwe, gerageza gutemberera hanze,n’ibindi bikorwa byagufasha kumva umerewe neza kandi bikakurinda kuba uri wenyine ahantu ha wenyine.

7. Urasabwa kwirinda ikintu icyo aricyo cyose gituma wumva ushatse kwikinisha. KUREKA KWIKINISHA BIRASHOBOKA KANDI UGOMBA KWIYUMVISHA IBYIZA BYABYO, KANDI KO WOWE UBWAWE UBISHOBOYE.
